Tereza Silon – Membranes: Sensing, Absorption, Merging, and Transmutation as Sources of Knowledge

This activity falls into the realm of sensory herbalism. It provides detailed step-by-step instructions for the preparation and facilitation, supporting an emergence of space for a collective experiment, which can help us to fine-tune our sensorial perception and to access a real-time critical and contextual assessment of our sensorial, empirical data, common to both herbal practices and science. Observation and senses are our tools in multiple contexts. The instructions also contain recommended plants. It is possible to substitute them with other edible herbs or aromatic plants. We also propose a centring embodying exercise for anchoring in one ́s own system (which expands our capacity to receive any type of information and to communicate with the world around us on multiple levels).
